How do I sign up for a Payline offer?

To sign up for one of our Payline offers, register for free in the "Test" section and let yourself be guided through the different steps. Once your test and vendor accounts have been set up, return the application form and technical rider to the contract to our sales department (these documents were e-mailed to you when you created your test account):

How long does it take to validate my account?

Your test and vendor account is registered in a few seconds via the Test tab on our website. Once created, you can test Payline free of charge and ask for your offer to be activated. When we have received the application form and technical rider to the contract, which you received by e-mail, your account will be activated within 48 hours.

How do I reset a lost password or blocked account?

Click the Forgotten password? link on your administration centre home page:

To be valid, a password must:
• be between 7 and 19 characters long
• include at least one uppercase letter
• at least one lowercase letter
• at least one special character
• at least 2 digits

I am already a Payline customer, how do I migrate to another Payline offer?

Is it a complex process to set up secure Payline online payments?

You can integrate the Payline module in test mode on your website in less than half a day. Test settings are provided in our technical manual. Technical assistance is at your disposal to answer all your questions.

Payline lets e-vendors accept over 40 payment methods, including:

What tools are provided to track secure payments?

 Payline provides a back office interface refreshed in real time: the vendor administration centre. This interface for viewing and managing your transactions is accessible via Internet at all times (login name/password). This console lets you manage your deferred payments, view your payment collection journals, cancel, refund, view the precise reasons for rejection and manually enter transactions (debit/credit).

Does the Payline solution handle subscriptions?

Yes, Payline features a function that lets you manage automated debits on your customers' payment cards. This works very easily and very securely for you and your customers.
Operating principle:
- You send Payline your subscription instructions: number of scheduled payments, amount of the first scheduled payment, amount of the following scheduled payments, subscription period.
- We register your customer's card number in a secure electronic safebox
- And debit your customer's card for each scheduled payment

 If you want to manage debit orders yourself, this is also entirely possible. In that case, we only register your customer's card number, which you will use via an identifier (an alias) at the time of each payment instruction.

Is my account credited automatically and quickly?

 Payline is a technical operator, not a financial intermediary. Exactly like a veritable electronic payment terminal, Payline transmits payments to your bank. Your bank acknowledges receipt of the payment, clears it then credits your account on the negotiated value date (generally D+2). Your "trade name" appears on the debit statements of your customers.

Can I collect payment in dollars and be credited in dollars on my account?

Yes, Payline is a multi-currency payment solution (114 available). This means that through Payline you can sell your goods and services in your customers' currency. The funds are then credited to your bank account either in the said currency or converted into euros by your bank.



The currency sales functionality is available from the Payline Easy Pack upwards with the "multi-currency" option.

Can I have a Payline contract attached to several bank accounts in different banks?

 Yes, the Payline Easy Pack and Maxi Pack offers are multi-shop and multi-contract. You can thus use several bank accounts in the banks of your choice.

3D SECURE

With what banks can one use 3D Secure with the Payline product?

The 3D Secure solution can be deployed with the Payline product for all French and European banks (except HSBC and La Banque Postale).

COMBAT FRAUD

Does Payline combat fraud?

A fraud prevention module is included in each of our Payline packs. You can prevent attempted fraudulent purchases. This module lets you define your own prevention rules, modify or delete the default rules, block purchases from certain countries with our location system via the web user's IP address, place cards on "grey" lists, etc.
  Depending on your subscription, an advanced fraud prevention module is available. To choose the module that best suits your needs, see the "Compare" tab on our web site.

How can I find out if you have anti-fraud functionality?

 Depending on what subscription you choose, you will have the "Fraud control" or "Advanced anti-fraud module" option: See the Configuration/Subscription menu.
